              As a Teacher of the Deaf working with the deaf students in a mainstream school, my main concern is to make the curriculum accessible to them. It is not an easy task. 


              Here are just a few examples of how I make it happen with the use of the new technologies.
               
              Students watch lots of films in mainstream classes. Personally, I think it is a great way of making learning more visual and interesting. However, it is a common misconception that deaf students can access films as well as their hearing peers if the films are subtitled. Lets be honest, the speed of the subtitles and the complexity of language
